About Us

Illuminating Lives Through Shruti Vigyan

The Sri Ramakrishna Bhakt Sangh, Jodhpur, is an informal organization of devotees inspired by the divine sentiments of Lord Sri Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa. This organization is informal, spontaneously formed and operated by the grace of God for the essential purpose of satsang, which is crucial for spiritual advancement among devotees sharing the same divine sentiments.

This organization does not have any formal structure such as registration, officials, executive committees, bank accounts, or offices, neither now nor in the future. Service responsibilities are assigned according to divine inspiration and the nature of the service required, where the individual is secondary and the service itself is of utmost importance.

The Decline of the Scientific Tradition of Sanatan Dharma

Reason for Decline

All our scriptures are written in the scientifically sophisticated Sanskrit language, a language we are not familiar with. As a result, we are not acquainted with the original form of the scriptures, and the existing translations are unsatisfactory. Consequently, the essence of the scriptures remains unknown.

Our ancestors had a purely scientific perspective, and hence, all our scriptures were composed based on scientific principles. However, due to our lack of understanding of the fundamental differences between science and the traditional knowledge of our ancestors, we have neglected this aspect. As a result, the scientific nature of Sanatan Dharma is almost lost in the present era.

Measures for Reinstating the Scientific Tradition of Sanatan Dharma

Scientific Validation and Awareness: To authentically validate the scientific nature of Sanatan Dharma through scriptural references, logical reasoning, and traditional methods, and to draw everyone’s attention to this aspect, we are publishing the Sanatan Vigyan Granth Malika. The first book in this series, “Shashwat Shruti Vigyan,” related to the Srimad Bhagavatam, is now available to you. Special attention has been given to making the actual meanings of traditional terms comprehensible through examples and terminology familiar to today’s generation of science and technology practitioners. This aims to preserve the originality of the traditional vocabulary, highlight its importance, and awaken dormant faith.

Creating an Environment for Sanskrit Learning: All our scriptures are written in the divine language Sanskrit. The divine Sanskrit grammar is extraordinary; not a single rule was made by humans. The natural rules used in the expression of the entire creation are the rules of Sanskrit grammar. In this sense, Sanskrit grammar is established in every particle of creation. With a purely scientific perspective and through highly authentic references, these divine rules of Sanskrit grammar are highlighted in these books. This effort aims to awaken dormant faith in the Sanskrit language among the general public and inspire them to learn it.

Providing Opportunities for Sanskrit Learning: Our objective is to offer opportunities for motivated individuals to study and teach Sanskrit. To this end, free online education is provided by members of our family and will continue to be so. The primary focus will be on preparing teachers of Sanskrit grammar to ensure the continuation of this tradition.

Our Pride

अहो अमीषां किमकारि शोभनं
प्रसन्न एषां स्विदुत स्वयं हरिः ।
यैर्जन्म लब्धं नृषु भारताजिरे
मुकुन्दसेवौपयिकं स्पृहा हि नः ।।
श्रीमद्भागवत ५.१९.२१

Even the deities sing the glories of those humans born in Bharatavarsha in this manner:
“Oh! What great merit have those beings accumulated to be born as humans in Bharatavarsha, where they are eligible to serve the Lord? Or perhaps, Lord Hari Himself is pleased with them? We too constantly yearn for such supreme fortune.”

We are supremely fortunate to have been born in Bharatavarsha, in Sanatan Dharm, in a religious family that knows and adheres to Dharma.

The eternal truth-based Sanatan Dharm is established in every particle of creation, thus it is the fundamental Dharma of the universe. Our ancestors (the Rishis) did not create any fundamental rule of this Sanatan Dharm, which manifested with creation itself. They experienced and defined what already existed. Therefore, there is no founder of this divine ‘Satya-Sanatan Dharm’ as it is in the form of God.
